I was cruising around with the family in West Palm the other day and called a friend of mine who is a firefighter for PBI(airport). He asked if we wanted to ride on his dragon and I was like, your what? He said come over to the airport so I did. Well you may have seen this beast on the Discovery Channel. We got to ride around the Airport and spray water everywhere as if we were fighting fires. I was worse than my kids. I had a smile from ear to ear the whole time I was there. The Dragon has around 900 horse power and 3000 gallons of water the can be dispersed in 3 minutes, I was impressed.
I just wanted to post a quick pic of Aricin and Lex at the water park. I will try and post another one later but just wanted to post this one I finished up.
Once again all I had to do is sit and wait for my subjects to come in for fuel. The top one is an experimental (not sure what kind) and the bottom is a Marchedi with a turbine.
Last night we decided to go and see the fireworks on Flagler and once again they out did themselves. We(Me, Michelle and the boys) watched them from the bridge near Flagler and you could just feel the rumble of the explosions. It was pretty cool and we all enjoyed ourselves. Here is a pic...
So the pilot of this aircraft came in to the airport the other day and told me what kind of aircraft it was. I'm normally pretty good about knowing what is what in aviation but for some older models I get stumped sometimes. This is a T-28 by North American. I thought I would edit a couple more because I just love the days lighting. Enjoy!!
Michelle and I love going to City Place and hanging out. We usually go to the Cheesecake Factory and then take a walk around to let the food go down to our toes so we can then go to Starbucks for some tea. Anyways, here is a pic of my Pretty looking her best at our favorite place.
One of my web design clients has become a good friend. We went to his home today to work on his up and coming site for his business Concrete Services and when we were done doing what we needed to do he showed me around his home. After I picked up my jaw from the floor I decided I would take a picture and see what I could do with it. So here it is!!
I hung out with the Family for a while today and we went to a place that I have had my eye on for a great shot. I hope all the dads had a great Fathers day and I hope you celebrate it more than just one day. I think being a dad is one of the greatest gifts that God gives us but also a great responsibility. Our pastor spoke today of the passion a dad should show God towards his children and I agree. Dads should cry out to God for the salvation of their children and seek to see them serving Him with fire.
Kevin is a good friend and has this beautiful Bell 47. He owns Aviation Adventures in Palm Beach and he comes in to hang out all the time so, I took the opportunity to take this shot.
We went to Orlando the other day and I thought that this building would be a great shot for some HDR. What do you think? It is the Wonder Works building.
We have this old tractor in a field behind our RV park and I thought it would make a pretty good HDR so here it is. I think the tenants may have thought I was crazy as I rode in on my dirt bike carrying a back pack and a tripod to take the pictures. I had fun anyway. Enjoy!
The best part of my job is waiting for the right subject to fly in. I can't wait for the next one to photograph. I think war birds are the best because they remind you of what we have gone through to have our freedom. The King Air belongs to the University of Florida.
This is my lovely home God has given me. I find myself with a desire to edit at least one picture a day so I can practice more and more. I hope some one enjoys this one.
I live next to a rail road track so I thought I would take a pic after a rain storm and this is what I got. I'm starting to enjoy editing more the more I edit. I just hope I can fine tune some hidden talent I know God gave me. Enjoy.
OK I want to get more involved in the editing side of our business so I want to post more of the pictures I edit. We shot a wedding last night in Jupiter, FL and we had a great time. Here is a picture I took that I thought came out pretty cool. I hope you like it.
